APPLE YUM - 1 WW point!

Peel and core one medium sized apple. Slice thin and put in a small microwavable bowl.
Add 1 packet splenda or 1 tsp sugar
Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Pop in microwave on high for 60-90 seconds.

ENJOY!

If using splenda, this dessert is only ONE point if following the Weight Watchers diet! WOOHOO!

RECIPES

I just cannot figure out how to add a tab for recipes. I need someone to HELP ME!

I'm just going post one at a time until I can figure this out. ;)

PEANUT BUTTER DIZZLE WIZZLES

(single serving, or multiply recipe for more)
1 graham cracker
a handful of semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup vanilla pudding (can be reg, fat free, sugar free)
1 tsp peanut butter
2 tsp milk

Crumble graham cracker in a small single serving dish. Melt chocolate morsels and 1 tsp. milk in microwave. Drizzle half the melted chocolate over the graham cracker. Next mix 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 tsp milk and 1/2 cup vanilla pudding together. Put on top of graham cracker/chocolate mixture. Top with remaining chocolate. ENJOY!
